Enchanted Forest Series

The following are original paintings that are in the Enchanted Forest Series that I am currently developing (these are not the only paintings available, you can click on the sections by medium for current stock by using the sidebar or simply scrolling down the main page.) All paintings are sold unframed, unless otherwise stated. Some paintings are gallery-wrapped, which means that the sides are painted and do not necessarily require any framing. If so, the gallery-wrap will be noted in description of the piece.

A note about the Gallery Wrapped canvases: in smaller pieces (anything below 18"x24") 3/4" depth is fine for remaining unframed, but it is likely you will prefer it framed. Anything larger (18"x24"+), and 3/4" wrapped will still need to be framed. Deep gallery wrapped (1.5"+) will not need a frame, and will actually be difficult to frame.

If you have any further questions, or would like to purchase a painting please send an email to savyart@gmail.com.

The following three are smaller paintings with metallic paint. As shown here you can see how a 6"x6" can fit into your hand, so the details look a little different compared to the very large paintings pared down onto a blog sized picture for the web:

Purple Trees (Enchanted Forest Series)
Acrylic 6" x 6" (this is a SMALL painting),
Gallery Wrapped (shallow, iridescent paints)
$40

Blue Trees (Enchanted Forest Series)

Green Trees (Enchanted Forest Series)

  1. I'm sad that Shaping My Way is gone. I'll miss reading about you, the kids, the animals, the Vermont stepfords and Mr. Savy. I'll especially miss the stories of how you scare cows or how you make me feel better knowing I'm not the only clumsy one out there.

Thank you for all the support you have given me the past couple of years. I'll miss you. ;(

  3. Hi Kyra,

Just stopping by to say hello, and check on any new paintings. I hope all is well with you.

I do so enjoy this series, but I've spotted one here I've missed before, untitled, two up from the bottom. It's looks fairly small, possibly a concept painting? But I really like that one too, it has a different feeling than the rest. But it really caught my eye.

    TTFN!
